Pinot Grigio is currently the most cultivated grape variety in Alto Adige. The ALTUS (from Latin “high”) Pinot Grigio consists only of grapes from selected high-altitude slopes, where large temperature differences between day and night lends the wine its distinctive aroma of white pears, fresh flowers, and citrus fruits. In the mouth, the wine is juicy and round. The creamy texture is complemented by fresh, animating acidity.
