Pinot Noir (‘Pinot Nero’ in Italian) is one of the most appreciated and ambitious red wines. It does not adapt well to many conditions, and it represents a challenge both in the vineyard and in the cellar, finding the best conditions in the very north of Italy Alto Adige. This Pinot Noir develops its full potential on the cool yet sunny vineyard between 1500 and 200 feet, yielding a full bodied and at the same time elegant wine, with a delicate aroma and distinctive character.
