Campania Aglianico

The Campania Aglianico's vines are cultaivated mainly in hills of volcanic origin and areas of Irpinia and Taburno as well as in areas of Basilicata, at the foot of Mount Vulture and in some of northern Apulia, located at 550/600 MASL. The soil is clayey, calcareous, arenaceous, rich in volcanic deposits. It has a purple-red color, with violet tones. on the nose hints of berries, black cherries and undergrowth can be found . On the palate is dry with a velvety, harmonious tannins with a slightly spicy aftertaste.
