In the past, varieties of the Rossese Bianco grape were widespread in Liguria and Piedmont. Today, only a small quantity of one of these varieties survives in the Langhe, where it has long been certified as an authorized grape variety in the national register of wine grapes. Fermentation in steel, lees aging, with 50% of the fraction transferred to exhausted barrels for 12 months. The result is a crispy, savory, refreshing white, perfect to be enjoyed while relaxing outdoors.
