Passanello is the name of “Le Origini dal 1919” ‘s Lambrusco Grasparossa, a name that refers to the area in the Bolognese hills between Vignola and Castelvetro. In this area, most of the soil is composed of clay, which gives a good tannicity and aromatic roundness to the wine. In this case the vines are younger than the others. We planted them in 1978 with GDC method and they are located 280 meters above sea level in a vineyard of 4.8 hectares. From this vineyard we also obtain ‘Guado sul Guerro’, our Lambrusco Grasparossa partially fermented must.
