It is obtained from the grapes of an aleatico clone present in the territory since 1234, the year the Eugubini founded the city of Pergola. The wine has a ruby red color on a purple base. The aromas are very intense with hints of cherry, pomegranate and small forest fruits. It is dry and fresh on the palate, harmonious with distinctive characteristics. It is best served with cured meats, white meats, dishes based on truffles and mushrooms, and fish soup.
