Barbera d’Alba Superiore

The Barbera d'Alba Superiore is nobility of the soul thanks to the 80-year-old vines and one year of aging in tonneaux.  A darker sip with notes of sour cherry jam, plum and hints of vanilla.  As quinine reappears, the sip is voluminous, round, yet still dynamic.  A perfect pairing with any meal!
