A single-vineyard Barolo, produced from a selection of grapes from the prestigious Fantini vineyard in Bussia. This vineyard lies at a higher altitude than the others belonging to the same cru and on soils consisting of Diano sandstone from the Tortonian period with a high percentage of sand. This wine expresses a certain readiness with notes of flowers, citrus fruits, and candied peels. The sip is brisk, flowing with great fluidity, and surprises in the finish with returns of pomegranate and passion fruit.
