Dolcetto d’Alba

Dolcetto d'Alba is the typical calling card for everyday life in the Langhe. Vinification in steel tanks with submerged cap for about a week, aging in steel for a few months, and then bottling. It is the classic Dolcetto, all fruit and freshness, to be enjoyed carefree and jovially, perhaps even in the "gottino," the typical low glass of the tavern.
