“Angelo” is a special Barbaresco to the Rocca family, which they have dedicated in memory to their father Angelo. They first started to produce this wine in 2013 with the assembly of grapes produced in the many Nebbiolo vineyards cultivated in Barbaresco and San Rocco Seno d’Elvio. The vinification happens in a vertical oak fermenter, and will undergo an extended maceration with a submerged cap for a further 50 days. This process will generate a traditional, rich and pleasant wine.
