Irpinia Fiano Spumante Briolè is a sparkling wine made with 100% Fiano di Avellino and the Zero dosage method. The name is inspired by a procedure used to cut diamonds and give them their brilliance, similar to the bubbles sparkling nature. A shining light, gold color with strong aromas of citrus. Abundant foam, with fine and persistent perlage. The sip is full, neat and dry, with a pleasant and strong freshness.
