The Barolo Bricco San Pietro is dedicated to the homonymous Geographical Indication where Cascina Sot is located. It allows 28 months of aging between 60% tonneaux and 40% second-pass barriques, then concludes everything with a year of bottle rest. The wine is ink, black cherry, smells of black fruits, and the taste is given by a rich and dense tannin that caresses the entire palate. Standing out for the minimalist approach, few words, devoid of baroque ornaments, can fully reflect the reserved personality of its creator, Maurizio Sanso.
